A battery at a C&I site is a contracted, cash-generating asset. Own it outright or through a zero-CAPEX structure and take the demand-charge savings as a long-term return, while UniBess sources, builds and runs it.

Asset-light partner channel
We sell through EPCC contractors rather than chasing every end client ourselves. The EPCC keeps the relationship and the civils, EPC and grid scope; UniBess supplies the battery layer. This keeps our cost base lean and lets reach grow with the partner network instead of with headcount.
Recurring 10-year O&M revenue
Every delivered system carries a 10-year operations & maintenance commitment: live monitoring, monthly KPI reporting and on-call support. That converts one-off hardware sales into a long-tail, contracted revenue stream that compounds as the installed base grows.
Financing that closes deals
We pre-structure both outright CAPEX (which may qualify for GITA) and Zero-CAPEX operating-lease models so the asset owner can pick the funding profile that suits their balance sheet. Removing the financing hurdle shortens sales cycles and widens the addressable pipeline.
Performance-contracted, de-risked delivery
Projects ship with written performance contracts: availability, capacity retention and round-trip efficiency committed in writing, measured on a rolling 12-month basis, remedy-first. Underwritten performance de-risks delivery for the client and underpins the durability of the O&M annuity.

When you bring us a deal, we work it through you. Never around you. Here is how we keep that fair:
- We don’t approach your client directly without your say-so.
- Your pricing and margin on the deal stay locked to what we agreed.
- Sizing, term sheets and any pre-PO support cost you nothing.
- Register early and you have first call on the opportunity. We give you the room to close it.
Trust is the whole point of a channel partnership. We’d rather lose a deal than go behind a partner who brought it to us.
